7.4. Self-Assessment Questionnaire

This self- assessment questionnaire is intended as a general guidance document to help vendors evaluate their potential compliance status in relation to the Tchibo Social and Environmental Code of Conduct and international labour and environmental standards.Questions answered “yes” should indicate potential compliance, while “no” answers indicate an area that mayrequire attention.
