Chemical Spill Response Equipment  化学品泄漏应急设备

In areas where a chemical spill is likely to occur, the factory should have a chemical spill response process and response equipment should be ready and available foruse.

在可能存在化学品泄漏风险的区域，工厂应建立化学品泄漏应急预案并准备应急设施。

The equipment should include, but not be limited to, firefighting equipment, personalprotective equipment, and absorption material (i.e. sand) for liquid chemicals.

应急设备可能包括但不限于消防设施，个人劳保设施，以及液态化学品吸附材料（如沙子）。

Chemical Training  化学品培训

All employees that handle and manage chemicals should be adequately trained on proper chemical management.

所有使用和管理化学品的员工都应接受化学品安全管理的培训

The training should at least include 培训应至少包含

• Safety awareness and operational procedures on chemical transportation,leakage, storage, and use

• 化学品运输，泄漏，储存和使用的安全意识和操作程序

• How to identify chemicals using an MSDS

The training should be provided at least annually and ensure new hirers are properly trained as well.
