Section 6 – 检验报告 Inspection Report Requirement
6.1供应商首检报告需包含如下信息 First article check report by vendor must include below information:
6.1.1订单号,机种名,目的地,产线名,客户名,检验员,审核员等; Order PO#, Model Number, Destination, Production line, Customer, Inspector, Approval;
6.1.2首件检查至少有 3PCS 包装成品检验信息及数据;First Article check need implement at least 3pcs products;
6.1.3记录所检产品序列编号,软硬件版本号及关键部品, 安规部品型号; Record inspected product S/N, HW/SW version, Critical & Safety Components Model Number;
6.1.4首检报告检验项目应包括 First article check items should include:
1) 产品的安全,功能,性能,外观,结构,内部装配工艺,包装,配件检查; Product safety, function, performance, appearance, structure, internal workmanship, package, accessory check;
2)产品关键可靠性测试如老化（含高低电压）,反极性测试（DC 供电产品）,裸跌（便携式或户外产品）,丝印质量测试等;Key reliability testing items for product such as burning testing (high/low voltage), Reverse polarity test (product with DC power supply), Bare unit drop test (portable/outdoor product),silkscreen quality testing etc.
3)包装关键可靠性测试如运输振动测试,卡通箱跌落,个体包装跌落,挂钩,手提扣强度测试等; Key package reliability testing item such as Carton Vibration Test, Carton Drop Test, Individual Drop Testing, Hang Hole Strength Test, Portable buckle-handle strength test
4)跟产品相关的兼容性测试; Product compatible test;
5)产品与工程承认样品种&ＢＯＭ核对; Confirm production product with BOM & approved engineering sample;
6.1.6对于实测数据如电气性能亮度,响度,尺寸,重量,温度,功率,失真,频响,分离度等都需要记录 3 组具体数据; Measured data such as performance measurement e.g. brightness, loudness, dimension, weight, temperature, power, THD, frequency response, separation need be recorded with at least 3 products measurement;
6.1.7首件检验的不良描述及问题严重程序的判定（如发现缺陷）; Defect description for 1st article check and issue severity level judgment should be included in 1st article check report;
6.1.8首件检验判定结果:符合/不符合/待定; 1st article check judgement should include conform/no-conform/pending;供应商按 LOT 的检验报告需要包含如下信息 Vendor inspection report by lot inspection need include below information:
6.2.1订单号,机种名,目的地,产线名,客户名,总订单数量,当批次号,当批数量,检验员,审核员等 Order PO#, Model Number, Destination, Production line, Customer, Whole PO# Quantity, Lot number, lot quantity, inspector, Approval;
6.2.2抽样标准,方案及 AQL 水平;
6.2Sampling inspection standard, plan and AQL level;
6.2.3记录检验产品序列编号,软硬件版本号; Record S/N for inspected products, SW/HW version
6.2.4不良产品记录包括:序列号,问题严重程度判定,问题点描述,总缺陷数统计等;NG product records should include S/N, issue severity level, issue description, total defect statistics;
6.2.5 LOT 检验结果判定:接收/拒收/待定; Lot inspection result judgement: Accepted/Rejected/Pending;
6.3BBY 自验货报告 -按 BBY 要求填写; BBY self-inspection report: Fill report by BBY report requirement.
