2. 工作时数（Working Hours）
2.1 工厂应制订符合当地法律的工作时间和加工作政策文件：The factory should write a policy for working hours and overtime in compliance with local laws.
2.2 关于法定工作时数和受核工厂自定工作时间的资料须供雇员参阅：Legal working hours and facility working hours should be made available to all employees.
2.3 加班自愿：overtime voluntary (须与员工签订自愿加班协议)
2.7 雇员至少每七时有一个休息日：One day off in seven
2.8 雇员生病或分娩，可凭医生证明获得给假：The employees should be permitted time off with doctor’s certificate when sick or for maternity.
2.9 工人获得给予足够的用餐时间、私人小息时间：Workers should be allowed adequate meal breaks and personal breaks.
